So recently my love of the Albany Roosevelt has gotten the best of me and I really wanted one. Ellis_Davies_240 said that he would trade cars with me. He wanted a fully modified $1,000,000 dollar car. So since at the time I had 1.9 Million i thought ok. He than changed his mind and he wanted a stinger. So I sold the Adder, geting $600,000 for it. I bought the stinger and fully modified it for 1 Million. Turns out the glitch wont work with a stinger, so he wants the adder again. So I sold the stinger and barely had enough for the Adder again. And it turns out the glitch didn't work like he promised it would. So i sold the stinger and now only have $600,000. And i unfriended him. Please don't fall into this trap, I lost all of my Money i made this weekend, and I still don't have a Roosevelt!!!! Somebody help me stop him1

If something seems fishy, don't go along with it. If it sounds to good to be true, it most likely is. Just don't do any sort of glitch.

I feel your pain. I desperately want the Collector's Edition pack with everything in it and had been searching for means to acquire them. Legally, I could pay $150 to get the dlc or illegally I could try to get into a sketchy dns lobby. Both ways are too risky so I'll just bide my time and avoid it.
Now, I'm not suggesting you do this, but you may be able to duplicate the car somehow. Again, I don't suggest this as you will probably get a slap on the wrist by R* and it is not something we want to promote in the crew. What I do suggest though is that you wait it out. I'm sure they'll bring it back again for Valentine's or just some random day for some random event. Until then, ask a buddy to bring one out for you to drive.

Yeah and I don't really want to advocate it since it could probably be considered a hack, so I would just steer clear of doing it.
