You sure about that? I thought normal was 1-~30, true was 30-50, and ultimate was 50-72. You finish the first playthrough about 30-35. True mode was in the game when the cap was 50. Yeah, you're right. True is 50. Haven't leveled a character in a while and mixed my numbers up. Either way I think three playthroughs should probably get you there. |

Just saying I played so far on ultimate mode past firehawk and am only level 51. 21 more levels doesn't look like it's gonna happen lol

I think I played through most of the DLC and did a lot of grinding before I reset each time so that probably makes a difference. |

Yea I can only do it by joining randoms and they always just do the main story. How does that work? What is I joined randoms on a quest I'm not up to?

Ultimate mode was too hard for me so I went back to true mode and tried tiny tina's dlc. All was well at first but now I'm 51 facing level 55 guys wtf? 10 sniper headshots takes like 10% health. The Tiny Tina dlc was released with the thought that everyone would've played through the story and the other dlc before playing that one. For some stupid reason they didn't make the enemies' levels based on the player's level. |

If you only did a single play through your characters were never max level. Basic game max level was 50, which took 2 play throughs. Unless you meant borderlands 1? I got them to 50  |

A single playthrough was enough for Borderlands, I'm not sure with this one. EDIT: My characters are not max level after the latest updates lol  Oh I'll definitely play through it again, it's a great game and probably even more fun playing with other people... I did the whole thing solo. I did have a friend who started playing with me but he had already played it and was blasting though everything while I, being my first play thru, wanted to explore and see the sights. So I stopped playing with him and did it alone, coop means cooperative, not take off and leave me in the dust. Dumb ass did the same thing to me playing Diablo 3, needless to say I did that solo too. |

I have axton at lvl 41 and gauge at 7. Solo the whole way. Of course right after I bought all the dlc I stopped playing. Awesome game. I'd be willing to play it again. Probably be twice as fun with the crew.

Playing online with 4 players is just absolute madness with the colorful graphics and tons of bullets and explosions and noise everywhere.
