Hey people
Are any of you guys familiar with the program 'MATLAB', because I'm writing an assignment at Uni and I despise the program.
Like:
I have a 5x4 matrix. Which is [15,10,0,0; 11,0,13,0; 0,18,21,29; 0,12,0,17; 12,0,3,2] now I want to find the maximum value in row 1, which is 15. When it has found that value I want it to tell me which column it found the given number in, which is 1 or named AA in my assignment. Any suggestions?
Thank you for your time!

I've only used matlab a few times, we used maple, mathcad, and excel. Excel is by far the best/easiest.

I know. For regular classes I only use maple and excel, but we are forced to do this shit in matlab.

I've used it for classes... program is worthless in the real world for the most part. Especially in my major.
