Hey crew, thought I would share with you some outside the box things I've done in GTAO. Maybe you will find something to have fun with 
Gang attacks by boat
While looking for something, anything, to do with my boats other then racing I started just boating around LS in a pub. I noticed that a lot of gang attacks down in LS were close to water so I started boating to them instead of driving. Just soft beach the boat so it doesn't wonder off on you, do the gang attack, then jump back in your boat and head to the next one.
Bully the AI
This one started because I wanted to build up my strength. So I started walking up and down Vespucci beach beating up the AI. Soon discovered willing combatants were better for increasing my stat then people who ran. So I came up with a way to find AI willing to fight without decking an unwilling person and getting the police involved. What you do is just walk towards a person then at the last moment accelerate into them knocking them down. Unwilling people will get up and run, the rest will fight you. As silly as it sounds this turned into quite a bit of fun with the whole interaction and commentary from the AI. Also turned out that when I did this at night around the clubs in Vinewood when I knocked someone down they would bump into a bunch of other people. The next thing you know a huge brawl has broken out between a dozen people, then gets real fun when the fuzz shows up... which leads to...
Ditching the cops on foot
Like a challenge, think ditching the cops in a car is tough. Get a wanted level and try to run away from them, more stars more challenge. Not recommended in open country

Ride your bicycle in a pub
Pretty self explanatory and not for the faint of heart. You'll want to stick to the city, again getting caught in the open is not recommended. You'd be surprised how much you discover around LS that you will never see just driving the roads.
4X4ing to base jump
I like to break out my Mesa and just head for the hills. Just head off the road and try to find my way to the top of a mountain. Then I combined this activity with another I like to do, parachuting. So I just head off road 4X4 my way to the top, then base jump back down to the bottom, call the mechanic get my truck back and repeat... and depending on the terrain at the top of whatever mountain I climbed, I sometimes stunt by driving my truck off of the cliff before bailing out to parachute (Chiliads best for that) and sometimes when it's dark I'll just head down to the beach, find a camp fire and hang out till daylight.
Riding the train
Wish I could drive it, but at least I can ride it. Sometimes I'll just admire the scenery. Sometimes I'll practice my sniping by blowing out vehicle tires and causing accidents, sometimes I'll pick off the odd player. I've used it to ride out a bounty, I've used it to ditch the police. (BTW if you don't know you can run beside a moving train and if your by an empty flatcar just push square and you'll climb on)
Defend the bounty
If you're in a pub with some crew mates why not place a 9K bounty on one and then try to defend them from the onslaught. Find some nice cover to hole up in, head out on a boat, or hop a train.
