I want to urge EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU to promote the crew and invite as many people as you can. Rockstar has announced that we can now have a crew that's 1000+. With that amount of people in the crew, there would be absolutely no problem finding people to play with online.
Of course we want QUALITY over QUANTITY when it comes to members. So far, the active members are GREAT. But we should definitely focus on recruiting more. If you're in the UK, focus on networking with UK players and getting them to join. If you're on Xbox... focus on getting other Xbox players to join the crew. Some of you are already doing this, and that's great. BUT, if MOST of us did this we could grow our Family size exponentially.
The goal here is NOT to just have BIG NUMBERS. The Goal is to have a stead stream of active players that are online. Of course anybody who is active reppin' the crew and getting members to join will be rewarded by promotion.
I will continue to do period "house cleaning" so that we don't have a bunch of retards and inactive players in the crew.

This hardly counts as news to me. I really wish they would add something useful to the game at this point. All R* keeps doing is throwing us bones that we don't really need. Don't get me wrong, I still love the game. I am just sick of nothing certain to look forward to.

Maybe a dumb question but, how do we recruit? I guess just telling that person to ask for it? Can we invite through PSN or R* social network?

Yea only representatives and up can invite. Since you're on ps3 message Kennie or Charlotte to invite them.

There's no steadfast rules, promotions kind of just happen spontaneously when someone is noted as being active, friendly and an active participant by those of us with the ability to promote other members. That being said there are only ~7 of us who have the ability to promote, and with different timezones/schedules, different consoles and a growing member base, it can obviously take some time for us to get to know everyone. |

Your on PS3, so no one can see you being awesome or active and promote you besides kennie. I don't even know if he can promote, it says lieutenants can but when I was one I tried to promote someone and could not.

You can via the Social Club website under the "Manage Crew" tab, or at least I can. Not sure about from within the game itself. |

Yea of course I know that lol, maybe it was glitched back then because I think the promote button was grayed out for me.

That is the only tricky part about the PS3 side is promotions. Kennie is now a Lieutenant and can promote people to Represenative if he chooses to do so.
