So, I've been thinking about buying a mic for a while now, but the thing is, I have no clue which kind to get.. So I was just wondering what you use, and what you would recommend, for me..
Thank you!

I think pretty much any Bluetooth should do. Make sure you get an earpiece that's comfortable.

I agree ^^
Turtle Beach FTW. Comfortable on your ears, sounds are loud and clear. I myself own Turtle Beach P11, but I guess any of them are decent enough.

I took the chance and bought a wireless Sony Pulse for like 13 euros but Turtle was my first pick.
It works perfect but I don't know if others hear me too loud or too low and it does not have a mic volume regulator. But, hey, there's a GTAV equaliser preset.

Any of Sony's official headsets work great, if you don't mind spending $100 !

The Sony Pulse over the ears headset is great. Sounds good and has one feature I really like, you can control game volume separate from MIC volume. Makes hearing people so much easier.

I bought a ear piece at Best buy that was miss - priced at $15.99 and I hate it (afterglow or everglow). It does not sit in my ear well which makes hearing people with accents or soft voices a problem. If you're ever on and someone keeps saying "what?" It's probably me lol.

I use the Sony Pulse headset stereo mic. It's awesome I find myself using it to watch movies and stuff now because it sounds greater than on my tv

So I decided I hate this stupid little earpiece since it just doesn't sit in my ear well enough to hear much. After three hours of bouncing around from Gamestop to BestBuy I discovered there is no wireless headset that is compatible with my TV of all things, for less then $100. My TV only has Digital Audio Out instead of Analog RCA... I don't understand why there isn't an over the ear gaming headset that just uses bluetooth and only costs $50.
Time to go hunting for something cheap that'll work better then this earpiece. If all else fails I will just have to spring for the $100 Sony USB ones.

Once again newegg is my savior for all things tech. Stero bluetooth headset for $24.99 Okay so they finally made it to California from China and so far I like them well enough. I can hear everyone and it seems like everyone can hear me. Only complaint is they hurt after a bit but if I just wear them more forward on my ears it's not so bad.
