I was trying to complete a Simeon high priority vehicle mission and this member Genuine God is sitting there blocking the garage with his car and then killing me. So are we supposed to work with each other or fuck each other over?

I have never even seen anybody in the crew by that name. It is very clear that we don't tolerate killing other crew members, ESPECIALLY when one is trying to complete an in game task. This guy must be very new and will have a strike on his profile. If it happens again he will disappear for good. It's that simple.

A IRL friend who recently joined GTA:O (PS3) and this crew told me yesterday that he killed a fellow crew member by "accident". He didn't know about the orange/blue dots in the map. He knows now and hopefully won't kill anyone else in the future.

Killing a crew member by accident happens all the time, shit happens. This story doesn't seem all that accidental.

Accidents do happen (especially when close to another player), but what's described in the OP does not sound accidental by any means.
