You can't fly the vestra in a race unless you own it. Me and data tried yesterday it wasn't there to choose.

That really sucks. I hear that the thing is amazing to fly but I am not spending that much money on a plane I will barely use. Looks awesome and I wanted to test it out at least.

Maybe they just didn't add it there yet, we tried it right after it came out.
Test it out in SP.

Besides not really needing planes, I'm not spending almost a million dollars on a plane that can only seat 2 people.

I just checked again and now you can choose the vestra in races, even if you don't own it. I agree being two seat only is so stupid, at least make it 4-6. Do 2 person jets even exist? (Besides fighter jets lol)
