If you are in a playlist and you find you are way behind in skill level to the other drivers to the point where it's causing them problems, go practice in solo or public races before bringing us down with you. And NEVER be a dick deliberately. People who are bad at races can join if they want, but they need to make sure they stay out of the way. I don't practice racing on my own because that's boring to me, but I like racing with other crew members. People just need to know when to get out of the way.

I think he meant don't crash out other people even if you can't win any other way.

If there is a bad racer who's a crew member try giving them some tips and help them Improve. I've done this with a few people on the Xbox side and they've become half decent racers

Surely if your in front taking a tight racing line then it's up to the person behind to get pass not to be let pass?
Maybe go into the corner really wide but come out tight and fast or if your cars much faster just go round the outside.
The trouble with saying race solo and improve is solo you can have the same bit of track every single lap, against others this isn't possible as there could be somebody else on the bit of track you want.

What he said is easily misread. I think he meant don't crash out other people even if you can't win any other way. To me, it seemed like he was saying that if people aren't good at racing they need to race alone. I don't mean if you are bad race alone. Let me put it this way: If a baseball slugger isn't doing so well, he'll get sent back to the minors and there he can focus on fundamentals, technique, and get better. I'm sure that also involves a lot of practice drills and maybe even hitting some balls by himself in a cage. One of the very first races I did when I first joined the crew was a ducksyq playlist. I quickly found myself outclassed but determined to try and finish as best I could. First time I spun someone out I was like "well that's racing" but then I noticed I seemed to be doing it (entirely accidental of course) a lot and still only coming in towards the bottom. I thought to myself, man I must be really pissing these guys off. So I did public races to practice racing with others. I did solo races to learn the tracks. I practiced in freeroam trying to get my car to oversteer and how to recover. I found ways to improve. I am still never gonna beat kennie22, or max, or sonicsjeff, and if I do win against others it's more then likely because they made an error and I got lucky. But I have enough ability to control my car within a group and not fuck it up for everyone else. And I would certainly never say "well I got no chance of winning, might as well and take this guy out for laughs."
