same thing happened to me ,made a really good raceand couldnt start it ,copied it 4 times still didnt work, had to recreate the whole race
rockstar seriuosly has some problems with the social club and content creator

This happened to me, too. Welly helped me out by hosting the job once, and I bookmarked it. I can't start it from my phone, but I can start it from the location. I'm not remaking it, so driving to the start location will do.
