So Belltold jumps in the lobby today and starts to tell us that he found a video on Youtube that shows how to rob a store and clean out the place twice. Bell that sneaky bastard finds double-tapping store robbing...
After several attempts and watching the video on YouTube here is what TYBLACK32310 and I found to work best.
Get behind the counter.
Pull out your pistol.
Stand close to the clerk.
A little after the white bag comes out Melee kill the clerk with THE CIRCLE BUTTON (NOT FIRE BUTTON) and the bag will drop into your pocket.
Immediately after melee killing him start hitting the D-PAD to the right to clean out the register too.
Then shoot the other register for a little more.
Run.
UPDATE: YOU HAVE TO BE NEAR THE REGISTER VERY CLOSE TO THE CLERK. BUT DO NOT STAND RIGHT AT THE COUNTER! YOU NEED TO LEAVE ROOM BETWEEN YOU AND THE COUNTER AND IT WILL FAIL LESS. SIMPLY ANGLE YOURSELF TOWARDS THE CLERK AND THE REGISTER JUST A BIT. THIS SIMPLE TRICK MADE IT EASIER. ALSO WITH 2 REGISTER STORES JUMP OVER AND ATTACK FROM THERE, IN THE LIQUOR ONLY STORES SIMPLY GO AROUND.

It should take you a few attempts to get the timing down, but once you do it you'll see the way it works and be good from that point on.
