I believe that they will delete the Firework Launcher because R* said they plan on it. I could see it making another appearance for a separate event, and it will probably be free to purchase for those of us that bought it this first time around. One thing I know is that if they take it away people are going to freak the fuck out. I personally don't mind unique items that make an appearance once in a while.
Remember how many people missed out on the snowfall event? The Newswire was full of people begging for it to come back and it never did. I feel the Firework Launcher will be the same. Of course, this is only speculation.

Well good thing I didn't drop $50k on it and now I won't. I have to earn some money for the new patriotic tire smoke at almost $30k a pop.

Mullet hair style with "the ambrose" beard from the hipster update = amazing!
I feel taken advantage of on the launcher issue. They should've been more obvious or clear that it would go away unlike usual DLC weapons. They should of at least not sold tints for it. I left it alone but think of the folks that dropped $ on gold or platinum.... I'd be fuming
