So this is a new ad that has appeared on these fair shores. Its very disturbing for something that will be aired on TV here so.. we take driver safety quite seriously. Not for the faint hearted at all.

Yup ,apparently these ads are shown to schoolchildren in Northern Ireland . Sadly even with these ads and government/IMF/EU cutbacks in funding for policing in this country , accidents such as these are on the increase. Ask anybody who lives here or has been here our secondary roads are tiny.

I don't even think that would get aired in America and we pretty much show anything, but it's reality. Graphic yes, but I think that's the point of it. I hate texting/driving which I view equal to driving drunk and there were some graphic footage captured of the result of a bad wreck for not paying attention to the road. People will continue to do things like this until it affects them one way or the other.

Those roads are tiny and bumpy and holed-filled. I've been in west Cork and north of Galway. The rebel county was scary but people drive quite well. Roads are better in the north.
