What is the point of Lester's "Locate A Car" option? When I first tried it, he kept sending me to an ATV on the beach. I just tried it a minute ago and it sent me to this police station for an armored truck. Nothing special, just a plain armored truck. What's the point of this? When I want to locate a car, I would like to be able to locate one that I want, but apparently that's not how it works and since that's not how it works, does anyone know it's real purpose?

I think it was meant for people who were somehow lost in the forest somewhere to find a car nearby. But it's useless IMO because i can easily just call for a helicopter pickup from merryweather.

That makes better sense than some of the responses I've seen after Googling the question, lol. But it's still weird and a waste of $100... Even though $100 is pocket change in the game. Thanks!

agreed. That feature would have actually been much more useful in GTA:SA back in the day.... oh well.
