I posted a few days back a way of fixing this problem and a host of other problems which seem to be fixed with it. Rockstar have also mentioned it here support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202892738On Xbox 360: Clear your system cache, then Hold LB + RB while booting the game (When Police Sirens start) On PS3: (1)Clear your game data (NOT save data) from the PS3 Game Data Utility in the PS3 XMB (system menu). (2) Afterwards, hold L1 + R1 while booting the game. Note: This will also reset your brightness settings and choice of language in GTAV. ( I have never found the need to do step 1 on PS3 just skip to Holding the buttons) (L1+R1+Square) Might not even need square . It also mentions after 4 hours , which in my case I didn't have to wait four hours just attempted it straight away.
