Thaiboy, I am sorry to say that we do have an age limit for the crew of 18+. For now, we are going to decline the application, but we do make some exceptions for mature parties. If you would still like to apply, make sure you friend some of us and we may invite you into some of our matches and races. In this regard, we look for maturity when playing with us and not so if you're serious about trying to join us, then take that into consideration.
Now, since you are Xbox side, you can always add me to friends list. My GT is SYNTHINX much like my name here on the forums. I'm mostly in Free-roams, but I do join in on races and deathmatches with the crew so your name might come up if we're short on players. Again, we'll make determinations on your application once we get to know you.
So with that said, good luck! I hope you make it.

The reason we have the 18+ rule is solely because we want mature people and kids are USUALLY not. If you prove that you're mature then there is no problem.
