Does the Tornado spawn in a convertible version in the gang territories? I really want to get one but I don't think I want the hardtop UPDATE: After spawning everything in the world except the convertible Tornado, it finally spawned in the color I wanted your tutorial helped I read it once before but it just kept spawning Peyotes and Mananas but yay!

The blue one does not spawn convertible versions, but there is a silver one that spawns down there. That one has been somewhat elusive and will spawn with gang convertible tornadoes and the red peyote.

while simply trying to get a gang car to spawn a blue one popped up. I drove it away to go show pr345 and he actually circled back to the same spot and another one popped up lol. 2 in about 4 minutes!

I really wanted the yellow one, and I kept spawning yellow Peyotes, there was two in that particular gang area and they kept spawning but eventually the yellow convertible Tornado spawned and even though I almost died getting it, it was totally worth it The yellow is so pretty Those dudes are hostile lol

Can you not just paint any tornado yellow?

Yeah, but then you could just get any Tornado or Peyote or any of the gang cars the gang color you want. I liked looking for the one I wanted specifically The gang cars have all the trimmings on them already, all I have to do is put a little money to make it a little faster but no cosmetic upgrades are needed...the only cosmetic upgrade I'd want is hydraulics lol but we're not in GTA San Andreas so

Er... this topic may be getting a bit confused, but blue and silver tornadoes as well as red mat/metallic peyotes, green mat/metallic buccaneers, and purple metallic/pearl mananas will all spawn in the junkyard. They also have a chance to spawn in the gang territories or in the industrial district leading up to the junkyard.
Simple colored gang cars will spawn in their gang areas and will spawn according to the car you take there. Tornadoes will spawn (green, yellow, purple depending on territory) gang variants, buccaneers will spawn gang color variants, as well as mananas and peyotes. So, in retrospect, if you wanted a yellow tornado, simply find one of the clean variants in that parking lot (either hard or soft top) and take it to the yellow gang territory. They usually spawn pretty quick, but if not, drive into the territory then back out until it does.
Maybe that simplified the process a little more?

That was the weird part, for whatever reason I was riding around in a Tornado and it kept spawning Peyotes lol. I would leave and come back (like three or four times) but it kept spawning Peyotes

It does that at times. The spawns aren't always guaranteed and sometimes they're still randomized. Just bringing in the cars really just increase the chances for those specific ones about 2/3's of the time. The rest either don't spawn or spawn random variants.
