That kid is not big enough to carry his grandfather, let alone with a fractured skull. This story sounds ridiculous. How would he be able to carry his grandfather home, and no one stop to help? It makes no sense. It's as plausible as the story about the kid in the runaway balloon.
I also like how the grandfather's name changes from Finn to Quinn in the article
