Seriously? Docks Again?

I feel like there's a ton of races set in the docks, but I also felt it's the perfect place to torture some front tires in that Blista I maxed out but never use.  It's never hard to find someone to race with you in muscle, sports, and especially super cars so naturally all those are not allowed lol.
