Here's the deal: It's been a huge nuisance having 16 people in a game and everyone talking at once.
Here are some rules.
1. Be respectful
2. Mute your kinect mics. No one likes your music or loud kids.
3. When you're having a conversation outside of the game (ie talking to your mom), mute your mic.
4. Don't talk over people, try to be decent.
5. When someone yells "clear the mics" that means shut the fuck up.
6. Mute people who are annoying. The hierarchy does it all the time.
7. Don't yell or scream in the mic, ever.

My major pet peeve on Mics is people that explain EVERY aspect of the game as seen through their eyes. I mean that's great and all but unless I am there to actually see something crazy happen the odds are that I don't really care. We aren't trying to be harsh but we do want people to understand that non-stop blabbing on the mics is obnoxious.
The bonus to XBOX is that people can start parties if you are all pals and just can't stop talking. At least people can leave a party or just start a new one if they just want a more chill atmosphere.

Very well said Vikoon......I can't tell you how many times I've just unplugged the headset during a race/deathmatch/capture. If you have a mic and feel like you need to give everyone a PLAY by PLAY of how YOUR race/deathmatch/capture experience is going then congrats on being annoying but lucky for me I can just hit toggle mute or unplug. In fairness VCCM is still the greatest crew and would not want to change a thing...warts and all.

What about soundboards? Can you use them?? For me that depends. If you just use the soundboard to create noise then i would prefer if you would not use it. But if you actually manage do keep a dialogue with it it's funny. Or just uses it in certain situations. Like if somebody whine you could use this: |

How about paying attention to who you are calling out!?
Was just in a mission with 2 other VCCM and a random... I guess the random ran one of us over. I dont know cause i was nowhere near them. All of the sudden i hear a VCCM member (in a VERY whiney tone) crying that it was my fault they died... a couple minates later he realized his mistake and started whining about the random instead. Pay attention when you are calling out a crew mate!
On a side note: If i do accidentally run one of you over PLEASE DONT whine to me about it... shit happens.

My favorite type of player is someone who is ranked waaay lower than you are and they're trying to explain the ins and outs of the game or a particular mission. Can't you see I've been playing this longer than you have?
