What's crazy is the reset. I was FULL blown lunatic meter full. Logged on this mornin, and I was cool as a cucumber. So, this just lets me know who's liable to shoot first. (but guess what? it's usually me.)

(but guess what? it's usually me.) I had a similar strange instance. My friend and I were both "psychopaths" one second, and then the next we were normal?  That didn't make any sense. |

My observation:
The more normal activities you do in free roam (hold ups, gang attacks, simeon's grab list, armored trucks, etc.) And the less you mess with other players the faster you "cool off."

As far as I can see this works. I never do any psycho stuff but of course I kill tons of cops and NPCs, I have never even been pink since it came out.
