Guys listen up..
I'm calling you out in a time of need.. We are at this time trailing with rougly 20 seconds in the time trials, so I call out all racers on the PS3 side (all xbox players ignore this), and get onto this track socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/jobs/job/dBv4G0KtzEqt7gz1AASZDg?platformId=2 and set a great time!
As Fuggy pointed out, you have to use a Sports car, preferably an Elegy as this car's the fastest!

Also note, that it has to be in a Sports Car!  This is important, as your time will not count if it is not set in a Sports car! |
