If you can even bear it, I dare you to watch the video business update on their main social club page. They do the lamest race possible to try to see which super car is fastest, and the video has more standing around in it than anything else. Looks to me like a Motorcycle gang that bought the new cars, one or two of them are in suits. I really don't understand what that video had to do with the business update at all. It really pisses me off when these are the crew and videos that get recognized because lets face it, that shit was just random goofing off and it gets plastered on the front page like it is something special.
Then you see the crews that get noticed this time and there is a Batman and Decepticons for logos as their crew emblem. How in the hell is that even worthy of recognition. They release a creator tool for crew emblems and then recognize copyright logos instead. Between this and all of the garbage that gets the R* verification, my faith in this company is really shaken. |

Ya I know, it seems like you have to know someone at R* and be willing to fall to your knees and do the unthinkable to get recognized.
I will say the Ganja Outlaws time lapse video is pretty awesome though. It's the only one.

lol, I didn't even read this until I posted almost your exact sentiments in the chat. But yeah, the key is to have multiple people posting on the news wire comments and such. That's how those lame crews get noticed. You have more than one person putting them on front street. R* needs to create an appointed PR position in the hierarchy or something.
But I can also appoint this myself...

One of the reasons why I dont like cheaters in the crew is because I hope someday we get recognized by R*. We can't have cheaters in our crew like UTM (they have like 50 glitching videos on their channel) or R3AL (DSNers) or any other crew.

This and the stuff R* has been verifying have really hurt their image in my eyes. I had posts deleted off of their site because I was pointing out that a lot of the crews they were profiling and celebrating were all filled with the very hackers they have been fighting with... and then you get stuff like Jumps Jumps Jumps getting verified, really, millions of user created content and that's your example of excellence. Complete utter ineptitude on who ever is running that end of R*.

Some of these Verified DMs make me sick. All they do it place a few weapons, Health, Armor, and a few props and call it a day. No creativity, no balancing, no nothing! I mean, it's like you need to be a Marketing Major to even get good DMs known.

I don't even pay attention to verified jobs anymore. I either run my own jobs or crewmate jobs. We have enough of our own content to stay entertained.
