I didn't have any luck finding a Sultan RS yet, where did you guys get yours? Is there a frequent spawn location somewhere?
I mean, I've been in the crew for a little over 24 hours now, it's totally unacceptable that I don't have a fully modded crew car yet…

There is a road that runs between the prison and airstrip that usually has it.
Turn your start point to last position and switch sessions until it spawns.

Add me on your friends list. I will look for one. I've got some tricks to try that usually spawn one. But, yes. Start near the prison area and Sandy Shores area. The also spawn around Grove Street, but you need to pull specific cars for those to spawn out. The Tornado in that area usually grants one or two Sultans spawns. I'll get on and see what I can find. In the meantime, add me to your list. SYNTHINX

I was heading to the prison to search around there. I was on the entrance ramp merging onto the freeway heading north and I was literaly rear ended by one. I jumped out, politely asked to have their car by ripping open the door and punching them in the face. They graciously let me have the car. It doesnt get much easier than that!

To increase the chance of spawning the sultan in those locations try to look out for them during a "solo" or a closed free roam. Good luck!

You won't find a Sultan RS. You only find Sultans. They become an RS after you add the roll cage or something.

I found mine n cn several others in the fenced in kinda like scrap yard in sandy shores bout 4 or 5 blocks from trevers trailer a block south from the lake...

I have seen them spawn outside the apartment downtown, add the roll bar and then it is a sultan rs
