Sadly these monkeys are not easy to find. I think it would be nice to have a feature in the police vehicles to use their computers to search for players and actually find them and chase them down.
Yestereday i was chasing some french coward who shot me when i was coming from ls customs then runing to a different lobby but after a few rounds he got to a full lobby and after a few minutes the name wasnt anymore on my list so i couldnt find him anymore.
