I'm making this thread to address some of the things i've been seeing lately (at least on the xbox side). As the boss, It is my responsibility to check someone if they get too far out of line. BUT.......it is NOT MY JOB to babysit anybody. Why am I saying this?
I've been getting more messages lately of people complaining about fellow members because they didn't like something they said or did. Most of the time, these are petty issues that can be worked out among yourselves. I'm saying all of that to say this... if you have an issue with a player (in-game or forum). As adults we should be mature enough to AT LEAST attempt to work it out with each other. There is no reason any GROWN ASS MAN should be running to me or a commissioner to go tattle-tell on someone because they don't like them. Not everybody is going to like everybody. Just stay respectful.
If a fellow member violates a rule, THEN you should definitely contact me or a commissioner about it. Otherwise try your best to resolve the issue in a civil manner between yourselves.
