It looks like it's doable. There are videos online explaining how to do it as I was looking to get into streaming as well. For PS3 side, you have to set the voice to output through the TV speakers as well, but it's not as clearly defined as the xbox. Both PS3 and Xbox Console Settings <----Look at that, no matter what video capturing you're using. The new software for the PVR2 looks like it makes capturing in-game voices (not your own) a lot easier. That is, if you have a PVR 2. This is with the new PVR2 softwareThanks for this. Im going to buy some x12's cheap and will work for the 360. then sometime ill figure it out on ps3.

Yeah, if you have the elgato, the software that comes with it is really good and easy to configure. However, it is not as customizable as OBS
