I tried that god damn prison for 45 minutes without finding one. But when i drove to Sandy Shores i came across a bunch.

If you're having trouble finding the Sultan around the Sandy Shores area just enter a mission and quit or simply find another sessions. Cars will despawn and a new set will start popping up. Hope this helps  btw my Sultan colors are: Primary: Crew Secondary: Midnight Blue |

took me ages to find mine, I found it driving around the Factories in Los Santos, NPC that was driving it made me seriously chase him down for it.
My Sultan currently is
Primary: Ice White
Secondary: Crew
Looks pretty bad ass with black rims and the carbon hood.

Sometimes i see sultans in traffic but i doesn't pay much attention to it since i'd got mine before join VCCM. I guess i could store some in my garage in case anyone need it. But, is there any way to give away a personal car?.

If you collect them and don't buy a tracker or insurance, I think it'll work.

For both my characters, I found the Sultan on the Docks.

If you collect them and don't buy a tracker or insurance, I think it'll work. I think if you put it in your garage, it automatically gets a tracker. |

Got the sultan on both my characters in the prison parking lot. I read a post that said if you are in a sports car it increases the spawn rate. I got both of mine when I was in my Elegy and spawned within a couple server switches on the first toon and no respawns on the second. Maybe it works or I just got lucky.

Joined today, got my suit, got my Sultan,(3rd trip to the prison & Sandy Shores)found it by the bay after gang attack, game put me right next to it! Thank you R*, and Thank you fellow members for the tip. Now all I need is some crew rank to change the color!

I did change primary color to wine red, once I have rank secondary will be CREW color

I found mine on the docks, near to where you drop off cars for Simeon but I've had it forever. Right now, mine is all red; it's my favorite color so I'm having some trouble deciding on what color to change it to :\
