Got mine finished today.
Primary: Black w/ Bright Purple Pearlescent
Secondary: Crew
Carbon Hood
Probably gonna change the primary to something that contrasts less with the secondary, or do something weird like crew with purple pearl.

Hell yea vipr, I have GOT to buy that sticker one day, don't know if I'll actually put it on my car though, maybe in the inside like on the passenger airbag as a joke but on the outside might not be a good idea. |

Just found one myself...
If you park in front of Trevor's house, random cars spawn. Took about 6 minutes before one showed up.
Primary: Crew
Secondary: Carbon Black
Carbon everything, limo tint, and carbonic z wheel set.
Awful purty car!

 At last i could customize my sultan to a decent level. Primary: Midnight Blue Secondary: Crew Performance is not as good as i would like. I need to win more sports car races to modify it to the top. |

I would not worry too much about speed. Handling trumps speed any day. Competition suspension, hi end transmission, and custom tires. You will be golden. |

Performance is not as good as i would like. I need to win more sports car races to modify it to the top. Idk about the ps3 side, but on the xbox side, we don't really race our sultans. we really only use them in free mode. |

Idk about the ps3 side, but on the xbox side, we don't really race our sultans. we really only use them in free mode. We race them. I've only been in one race that sultans were used. One guy didn't have one so he used his modded jester and destroyed us. I heard that he didn't have one and chose a jester, but I forgot mine doesn't have performance upgrades. |
