Luckily for me, humidity and heat are common in my city too. I'm used to it and prefer thousand times over freezing temperatures. Also, mosquitoes are my friends and never bite me. I have been to barcelona once, in august too as a mater of fact. As soon as the door closed behind me leaving the airport I was soaking in sweat it was so humid. Have fun in 'Merica. This Ting looks good, but I need a shop to buy the sim and I need good coverage in rural areas. Looks like Verizon should be my pick. I found a shop in my first stop: Kenny Fucking Powers hometown.  I thought At&T was better company. Verizon or ATT are more or less the same, but I give Verizon the edge solely on the fact that they have better Pre-Paid smartphone data plans. I also find that their data is "faster" and doesn't seem throttled like ATT. DEAL DONE! |

Life advice. Always avoid speaking about religion and politics. It brings out the worst in people. Crime is everywhere, but make sure you check with states about laws with weapons. You don't want to be caught with a piece without a permit or permission to carry in the state.
In due time, I would love to go to New Orleans during football season when Atlanta plays them, but I wonder if the fans down there are as crazy as a few of the east and west coast fans willing to kill over a jersey. I don't even like guns, but I'm considering getting a license to carry so if anyone tries something....yeah.

Well, of course I'm not going to carry a weapon anywhere. I've never had one in my hands. I just want to try one on a shooting range.
Regarding mobile phone, looks like Verizon uses CDMA protocol and my smarties (HTC and LG) are GSM, as every cellphone in Europe. My choice will be AT&T then.
