Tinsel Towers Apt 42. The 2nd most expensive apartment. I liked that this place was all of three blocks from an LSC and like 5 or 6 blocks from an ammu-nation. When I read that all the new apartments are identical, I got the one that made the most sense location wise.

When I read that all the new apartments are identical, I got the one that made the most sense location wise. I almost traded in my eclipse towers apartment for this one and still might. For the time being I have that apartment and a 10 car garage on poplar. I didn't want to buy a second apartment and I liked the idea of having my safe houses spread around the map. |

I am noticing when when I drive out of the Tinsel Tower garage and go to LSC, my car will have around $100 repair bill. Even if I don't hit a thing. Also sometimes pedestrians will be walking by and they get squished before you even have control and now your mental state is rising lol.

I encounter this all the time and I'm not sure why it happens. Apparently simply driving the car causes some minor wear and tear on its own, unless I'm missing something. |

I think cars are scraping on the ground due to the weird elevation of the driveway. I can drive from Del Perro and it's not a problem. So i feel like there's a similar problem with driving a Sandking out of a garage just not quite as extreme.

Same thing when I steal a baller to sell. It would be in mint condition no broken windows or anything still $100 repair.

Not just the same, but also apartments. No mansion in vinewood hills, or blaine county bolthole?
I'm thinking I'll just buy an extra garage.

Well that was one hell of a move. Swear I've had faster moves IRL... course most of my time was spent tracking down vehicles to put in my new garage.
None of the new apartments interested me, no big deal as I had already decided where my new place was going to be, 101 Weazel Plaza. Has the best view, IMO, close to everything and the entrances are far apart. For my second place I just bought a 10 car garage on the east side of town. Kinda disappointed in that place, I thought it would be a different garage interior, but it's the exact same as the high end apartment garages, oh well.
