Cool, I forgot to mention I don't think created jobs can be shared cross-console though. I'll try it again though.

You can add players deathmatches and play them regardless of what console they are one...

Have you tried it? You can add jobs created on ps3 to your game but you can't play them. Unless they changed it, or it's verified.
"One big bonus that comes from a mission being chosen as a Rockstar Verified job is that the content becomes available cross-platform. This means that even if a player originally created the mission on the Xbox 360, becoming verified ensures that PS3 owners will also be able to enjoy the job."

Grab the crew and your friends for a fun time at CLASSIC DEMOLITION DERBY. With 25 criss-cross checkpoints to die for. If you like rockets try it GTA style.
